One of the most popular superheroes of the past 40 years is the Incredible Hulk. This green monster-sized superhero has super strength, is nearly invulnerable and not someone you want to make angry. Hulk Potion
The Incredible Hulk was turned into the Hulk with a mixture of an injection and gamma rays. Well, you can't expose the kids to gamma rays, but you can give them a secret drink formula that will cause them to turn into the Hulk. Just use some Kool-Aid, add some lemon juice for a bit of a kick, and you can have the kids drink it. Then, get them to do their best Hulk impression and see how well these great kids can do.

Using foam items that can be cut to look like rocks, weights, even small cars, you can have the kids lift up the items in an effort to see who is the strongest of the Hulks. They will have a lot of fun seeing their hero in action, and they can even act out some of the scenes with the foam items and secret Hulk formula drink you gave them. This is also a great opportunity for you to have the kids sit down and relax while you are getting everything ready for the meal or presents.
